Upgrades policy
Software enhancements will be made available at no cost to the licensed user. Currently, version 3.01 software is shipped with VC3. Should there be a complete new version released, Farstone offer existing users a 50% discount on any ‘new’ (version 4) product release.

Support
Ongoing support is free of charge, where other providers of similar software products charge for ongoing support and version upgrades.
